Appointment Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 25% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within one week, and we will happily provide a complimentary adjustment to ensure you are completely satisfied.
